RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not as expected, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your item(s). At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may choose between a refund or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or you received an incorrect product.

Return Conditions and Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags and labels attached

• Items must be in resellable condition and free of stains, odours or damage

• Returns from separate orders must be processed individually

• All items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Items that do not meet the criteria will not be eligible for a refund

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is damaged or incorrect:

• You are responsible for the full return shipping cost

• We do not issue prepaid return labels, except for faulty items

Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?

If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@massimotonelli.com and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the defect or damage

We will prioritise your request and cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:


  1. Contact customer support at support@massimotonelli.com

  2. Include your order number, the reason for return and photos if applicable

  3. You will receive return authorisation and instructions

Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees and return costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Washed or worn items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
