SHIPPING POLICY

At Massimo Tonelli, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable and transparent shipping experience. Below you will find all relevant information about processing times, delivery, tracking, and responsibilities.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Time

Delivery takes approximately 3–6 days after your order has been processed.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Expedited or express shipping (if available) may incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become visible.

If no tracking updates appear after 2 business days, you can contact customer support at support@massimotonelli.com.

Possible Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by external circumstances such as weather conditions, customs procedures, local courier delays, national holidays or strikes. These situations are outside our control.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, contact support@massimotonelli.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order is processed. Once the shipment has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, you will be notified by email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional fees may apply) or receive a refund minus original shipping and handling costs if applicable. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address details entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check your surroundings, neighbours and local postal office. If the package is still not found, contact us within 5 business days of the stated delivery date.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. Massimo Tonelli is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
